‘Those who blow the whistle on wrongdoing must be protected and listened to…..culture is set from the top… Labour is being upfront about the need for fundamental reform of the NHS’

Rt. Hon. Wes Streeting MP, Secretary of State, Health and Social Care (England) - Sunday Times 26/5/24.

'The NHS should aspire to deliver high quality care for all, all of the time.

That not only means care that is safe and effective but treats people with dignity, compassion, and respect’

‘…the number of complaints has increased, while patients are less empowered to make choices..’

‘The NHS is paying out record sums in compensation for care failures, which now amount to £3 billion or 1.7% of the entire NHS budget’.

Lord Darzi: Special report into the NHS which Sir Keir Starmer says, ‘is broken’.

The UK loves the NHS. The UK’s main political parties support the NHS. They and the victims of scandal after scandal and cover up after cover up want it to be open, healing and recognise mistakes when they happen.

Yet: the Ministry of Justice is about to ‘wound’ victims again. Many will be prevented from getting professional and specialist legal advice (critical with maternity scandals in Nottingham, Shrewsbury, Telford, critical in the decades fight over infected blood, traumatic births and negligence)  and many will be discouraged from representing themselves in courts of law.

NHS and the justice system are at the heart of a Britain to be proud of. We need to act to make sure changes in their current form are stopped. We must make sure the right changes are made.

Join us in the fight against another British injustice and support ‘DO NO HARM’ as  we fight to Protect Patient’s Rights.
